Pads Manufacturing

Through PURE’s Biodegradable and Reusable Pads Manufacturing initiative, we provide affordable, eco-friendly menstrual hygiene products while creating sustainable employment. Our units support both women working in the program and the schools where we conduct the Menstrual Health Management (MHM) program. This initiative addresses economic and health needs, empowering individuals and improving health outcomes in underserved areas.​​​

Soft Skills

PURE’s 9-week Soft Skills Program focuses on building essential communication, leadership, and time management skills. The program also includes resume reviews and mock interviews to prepare participants for job applications and interviews. Designed to enhance personal and professional growth, this program empowers individuals from all backgrounds to succeed in their careers and daily lives.​​​

Project Equip

PURE’s Project Equip is a dynamic summer program centered on Design Thinking and innovation. Participants work on real-world challenges, developing social impact solutions that address community needs. The program also prepares them to participate in competitions, providing a platform to showcase their innovative ideas and make a tangible difference.

MentorLink

Through PURE’s MentorLink program, participants are paired with experienced professionals who provide guidance, career advice, and mentorship. With bi-weekly one-on-one contact sessions, this program fosters confidence, career growth, and the development of critical professional networks, empowering participants to navigate their career paths with clarity and support.

PURE offers internship opportunities with hands-on experience in various industries, including fieldwork and back-office roles. PWD Livelihoods

PURE offers skill development and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWD), focusing on setting up home-based work and small services. By providing tailored training and resources, PURE enables PWD participants to create sustainable livelihoods, fostering independence and meaningful contributions to their communities and the workforce.​​​

Financial Literacy

PURE offers financial literacy training to help individuals manage personal and business finances. All participants in PURE's micro businesses program complete this training, gaining essential skills in budgeting, saving, and financial planning to ensure long-term business success and financial independence.

PURE empowers women by offering driving training for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. This initiative not only enhances mobility and independence but also connects participants with last-mile delivery opportunities, increasing their employability and access to stable income. By equipping women with driving skills, PURE helps them confidently navigate and participate in the workforce.

Self Help Groups

PURE offers financial literacy training to help individuals manage personal and business finances. All participants in PURE's micro businesses program complete this training, gaining essential skills in budgeting, saving, and financial planning. Additionally, PURE works with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in urban and rural areas to empower women and marginalized communities, fostering financial independence and creating economic opportunities.
